The following outlines our policies for purchases made
from our online web store.
| Orders: |
Please use part numbers
found on this Web Site with a brief description of the part and its
application. Orders by Mail or Faxes are preferred although
calls are welcome between 10:00am and 6:00pm Monday through Friday
Central Standard Time. Please make sure to include day or
night phone number.

| Payment: |
U.S. FUNDS ONLY! For
immediate shipping we accept Visa, Master Card, and Money
Orders. We will accept personal Checks, however we may hold
your check for up to two weeks. If insufficient funds are
received we will ship COD for the remaining balance. COD
orders are accepted for an additional charge of 5 dollars.

| Shipping
& Handling: |
Please include an
additional 10% of the Order Total (minimum $8.00) for
orders within the continental United States. All other orders outside of the
continental United States please
include an additional 20% of the Order Total
(minimum $15.00). Note: Due to the weight
of some products we may call you with new shipping
costs.

| Returns /
Guarantee: |
If any part is
unacceptable for any reason, return within 14 days in its original
packing for a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds on
COD shipments may require up to 30 days to complete. NO
RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED COD.

| Prices: |
This Web Site is
continually updated at least every 3 months. In the event of a
substantial price increase, you will be notified. Your order
will be held until we receive confirmation.

| Damages /
Loss: |
If merchandise is received
in a damaged condition, or items are missing due to shipping,
contact the carrier for instructions. Please use the UPS
"800" number and they will pick up your package for
inspection. Also, please contact
Classic Auto-Parts also if such an incident occurs.

| Back Orders: |
Back orders will be handled
on an individual basis as preferred by you.
